Crow reference photo pack
American Crow photos I have taken over the last few months, for use as art reference and study tools.
Guides for studying:
Finding reference online and in life
How I study anatomy + how to make a bone and muscle chart
Each photo has metadata identifying the action: fly, perch, walk, and stand, so if you search by keywords you can find what you need.
The high-resolution photos are good for studying details and feather patterns. These photos have good composition, focus, and lighting.
Gesture-quality photos tend to be more blurry and grainy, and would usually be deleted, but I kept them for use in gesture practice. This is difference from the polished wildlife photography you find online, as I curated them to be most useful for artists learning to draw animals. Most of them are in-sequence and animate when you scroll through them, which helps understand movement.
